On Tuesday, January 25, 2011, a U.S. federal trademark registration was filed for V3. This trademark is owned by PERSU VENTURES, INC. (http://flytheroadclub.com/forums/company-persu-ventures-inc-3660168-page-1-2), LOS ANGELES, CA 90067. The USPTO has given the V3 trademark serial number of 85226094. The current federal status of this trademark filing is NON-FINAL ACTION - MAILED.

Nice, seems like they are moving ahead. If you are still bored, how about V4 for the Hybrid/EV?

The only two trademark registration documents that Persu Ventures, Inc has that I could find is for V3( Three-wheeled motor vehicles) and FLY THE ROAD (Automobiles; Electric cars; Electric motorcycles; Electric vehicles, namely, three and four wheeled motor vehicles; Three-wheeled motor vehicles)

Thanks! Maybe they will just use V3H and V3E for any future Hybrid/Electric vehicles. Or maybe V3T or V3S for a Turbo/Sport model.
Just get one built, so we can BUY one and "Fly the Road"!

Yeah Ronzo, here is a bit more info about what you posted.

I posted this info in another thread a couple of weeks ago and it tells you exactly what the Non-Action-Final Mailed means. Also if you go to the next page on that thread you will see that there is a company that is a financial advisor to Persu that is trying to sell Preferred stocks on Persu's behalf to get some venture capital.

IMO I think the Persu is going to have to change the Trade Mark of V3 because it is too close to other trade marks. I like your ideas Funride. Persu will have to add something distinctive to get it to pass muster.

Maybe they should patent "Persu Funride" . Isn't that what it is about? What do you think Funride01? Would that get you upset?
