Hello,
I have been watching the progression of this idea since first seeing a video of the Carver quite a number of years ago, while it was still being produced in Europe.
About 3 or 4 years ago, I discovered the Persu web site and was excited to see an American company putting forth an effort to make it a reality here, but it seemed to all have ended a few months back when Derwent tolled the death knell about Persu here.o:h"we"ll1
Today, as I was about to delete this web site from my Bookmarks, I decided to take one last peek, just to see if the grave had been totally filled in yet and I was MOST pleasantly surprised to hear that the company has revived and to watch the Jay Leno test of the Carver and see the latest mock up of the finished product!! :whoohoo:
Now, I await with bated breath for Derwin's latest untold secrets and decided that it looks like this thing might ACTUALLY fly the road some day soon, so I thought I'd better sign up and be officially on board as one who would love to own one. I'm in Canada though, so I hope that won't prevent me from having one!
