He developed this one (admittedly with some help), his 3rd prototype, for about $50,000.

There's at least a chance that this could see production. Personally, I have my fingers crossed. This is one of the best examples of out-of-the-box thinking I've seen!

I think I'd still want an accelerator ... With just the weight shift I can see myself getting hick-ups and having a huge crash :LOL:

I haven't seen any youtube video so far. While sitting here, I think I'd rather have a conventional throttle/brake, I'd have to try it out to see how it really works.

One could probably rent a Segway and get similar feel for this "scooter" since the principle seem to be the same
