Mapquest launched a new interactive map service today called Mapquest Gas Prices (http://gasprices.mapquest.com/index.jsp)... it also finds local alternative fuels.

This is pretty cool... I wish I knew more about where they get their info from and how often it is updated.
It is interesting to see the nearest biodiesel to me is 30miles away and there are no E-85 sources around. A couple of electric charge stations are 20miles away and one of which is kind of weird as it is a restaurant. And surprise there is a Hydrogen station 29 miles away.

Does anyone know how long they have had this service active?
I have 3 sources for bio-fuels 15 to 20 miles
I have 1 source for E85 18 miles
I have many Propane sources 15 to 20 miles. This one confused me since the gas station down the street (2miles away) has propane and wasn't listed. Is there different grades of propane? If not I would say the MapQuest service has not completed their information gathering process yet and just because it is not listed in their service doen't mean you can't find a source close to you.
