Not to long ago a certain super car maker made claims of a power source that has 7 years between recharge look at this old ad????

Looks like a guy 'ahead of his time'; too bad it didn't catch on (before the '73 gas crisis).
Where is the info on; "7 years between recharge"? I haven't seen that yet.
