I found this company last year, but never really took the vehicle serious. Now I am taking a second look at them because it seems to be a nice, viable ride, at least in good weather.
Here are a couple very short videos:

Look at the specs.. 0 to 60 in 4.43 seconds...Pretty darn good!
1100cc engine...Heck, that strong enough for me.
I just contacted this company again to see if I can get a good price on it. What do you think a good retail price should be on this thing?

No, No. The owner of the company told me it would be selling for around $15,000 to $18,000. So, it really is around the same price as the CanAm Spyder.
Another side note..... They will NOT be producing what you see in the photos above. I guess they received a TON of feedback from people that stated the look was not very good. Now they are going more in the direction of the Spyder. Here are some pics...

For $50K, the driver shouldn't have to lean into a curve. dr:ive1)

If it will cost that much, then it is D-E-A-D before it even gets produced....guaranteed.
Like I said, I was told BY THE PRESIDENT of the company that this will run around $18,000. Personally, I think that is too much for this thing, but it still may sell, just like the CanAm Spyder.
I actually like the soap-box type design. It's crazy and kooky, and love it! If it costs around $9,000 or $10,000 I would buy it. But, alas, all these fun things are just way too much money! o:h"we"ll1

Well, that 19k is for a KIT which requires a great deal of construction, including welding and many other things. The completed vehicle runs $40,000. Pretty close to the T-Rex, and too steep for my pocketbook!
I love the vehicle, though. It looks fantastic. But why can't they make these things at a price the "normal" working stiff can afford? That's the only thing that upsets me.

HERE HERE!!!!!! I mean seriously, It will have a motorcycle engine which will run them about $4000.00 tops and all the other parts combined would cost about $7000.00. So they are looking at about $12,000.00 total build cost! And they want to sell them for an arm an a leg! What really cracks me up is that they are selling the kit with no engine and no paint job for $19,000.00!!! So they want to sell you $7000.00 in parts for $19,000!
If I were willing to go through the trouble of building a kit car like this I would rather spend the $12,000.00 + an extra $4000 in tools to build this thing from scratch! Not to mention the fact that by the time I finished my version would have doors and windows, so I could use it in all weather conditions. I would probably make the doors easily removable for summer drives, using something like pin barrel hinges!
Of course that is just my opinion I could be wrong!
talk to the at the Sema show i think i can get rolling chassis and install my own pack and Ev motor, don't need paint as i will build my own doors and windscreen

Sounds like an incredibly exciting project!
When you get the project going, be sure to come back here and create a thread for your project. I am sure everybody would like to see your progress.
Heck, if you build one for a decent amount of money, I may just follow your lead!
